Sunday School, all Regularly scheduled meetings and Bible Studies Resume. Sunday School, all regularly schedule meeting and all Bible Studies, including Tuesday Outreach Bible Study, Wednesday Night Bible Study, Thursday Noonday Bible, will resume next week, September 9th. Women’s & Young Adult Bible will resume September 17th.
Leadership Meetings. The 2nd Saturday leadership meetings will resume Saturday, October 10th.
Attention Married Couples!!! There is a collaboration between Poplar Springs, Mount Peace and Juniper Level titled “Loving Through Generations”. Please “Let’s Hang Out” at First Cosmopolitan Baptist church event space. The address is 1515 Cross Link Road, Raleigh, NC. The Cost is $80 until 09/20/26 and then $100. To purchase tickets, please choose “Couples Ministry” on Shelby next or you can pay in person after each service. For more information, please contact Deaconess Robin Sanders or the church office.
Attention Juniper Family! The Youth Ministry is planning an exciting trip to the Museum of the Bible in Washington, D.C., for October 17, 2026. If you're interested in going, please complete the Bible Museum Registration Form and deposit by August 24th to secure your spot. It will also be provided via church text messages and the weekly announcements. If you complete “The Interest Form”, you will also receive an email from one of the youth leaders.
Annual Bereavement Memorial Service. The Annual Bereavement Memorial Service will be Sunday, September 20th at 4:00 pm here at JLMBC. Just remember, those we love remain with us, for love itself lives on and cherished memories never fade just because a love one’s gone.
JLMBC Day of Togetherness and Harvest Festival. Please mark your calendar. Juniper Level will worship at 10800 Fanny Brown Road on Sunday, September 20th at 9:00 am. We will also partner with the Youth Ministry for the Harvest Festival. We will have worship, games, a bouncy house, fellowship, food, and a fun day of togetherness. Please bring your own tents and lawn chairs for the day of celebration. Parking is on site. More details to follow.
Food Bank Distribution. Food Bank Distribution is Thursday, September 3rd from 9:30 am to 11:30 am.
Storage Shelter Clean Up. Calling all willing!! We will have Storage Shelter cleanup on Saturday, September 19th starting at 8:00 am. Please meet in the church parking lot at the brown shelter.
Faith and Fitness. FAITH AND FITNESS CHAIR FITNESS CLASSES HAVE GONE VIRTUAL!! Happy September! Register today! The link is below! Look forward to seeing you this Thursday at 6pm for a low impact chair fitness full body workout. Same God, Same Grace Outreach Ministries. Juniper Level congregation is invited to join Same God, Same Grace Outreach Ministries as they celebrate the 5th Pastoral anniversary of Pastor Reggie Jones on October 18th @ 3:00 pm. The celebration will be at Juniper Level Missionary Baptist church. The guest speaker is our very own Pastor Jeffrey Robinson. Please join us as we celebrate this awesome woman of God.

Ongoing Announcements
Silent Testimony Ministry. Calling all youth and young adults! Come be a part of the Silent Testimony Mime Team Ministry and worship God with us through creative movements and/or flags. We meet on Monday nights 6:30 pm-8:00 pm. We would love to have you! For more information, please contact Shea Bethea at 919-827-2168.
Mass Choir has returned. The Mass Choir has returned, and choir practice is every Tuesday at 7:00 pm. Male Choir is every Tuesday at 8:00 pm. If you want to be a part of the choir, please come out and participate. You can join at any time.
Youth Church. Parents, Youth Church is every second Sunday at 11:00 am. The ages are K to 17. Youths in K to 3rd grade meet in the upstairs classroom at the church, while youths in 4th grade to 12th grade meet at the Panther Branch Rosenwald School. There is a lot of fun, laughter, and fellowship while they learn about God and the Bible. Parents, please bring your children to these exciting classes on the 2nd Sunday of each month.

Volunteers Needed. Volunteers are needed to help with the Produce Pickup/Community Hub (every 4th Thursday from 5:00pm-7:00pm & every 2nd Saturday from 12:00pm -2:00pm), Food Pantry (every 1st &3rd Thursday of the month 9:30am- 11:30am), Produce Truck (every 3rd Monday of the month starting at 9:30am), Panera Bread and Starbucks (every Sunday morning beginning at 7:00am). No sign up or registration needed you can just come out and volunteer.
Youth Ministry Volunteers Needed. If you are interested in serving in the youth ministry or working with the youth, please contact the interim youth Pastor Renee Robinson at 252-714-2009 via text message with your name and email information.
Call for Volunteers. If you like working in a garden, planting vegetables, growing fresh food, then we need you. It is time to start working in the Community Garden behind the Rosenwald School. If you would like to be a part of this endeavor, please contact the church office to have your name added to the list.

Act of Kindness: Adopt-A-Senior. Bring a personal touch to Seniors by directly providing them with some outside contact as well as with gifts to let them know they are loved and not forgotten. Will you adopt a senior? As an Adopter, you must be committed, obligated, dedicated, dependable and accountable to the senior you adopt. Whatever a senior’s needs you will be there to assist. Counseling Ministry. Juniper Level Missionary Baptist Church now offers a no-cost, confidential Counseling Ministry. A session cannot be scheduled through the Church Office.
