Building a Resilient Community Together. Do you wish to understand Intergenerational Trauma and its impact? Trauma affects us all, but healing happens in the community. Please join Faith Missionary Baptist Church for a powerful fireside chat to discover how we can look past behavior to recognize the signs of Trauma. The event will be on Friday, August 7th, at 7:00 pm and Saturday, August 8th, starting at 9:00 am. Garner Juneteenth Celebration. The Garner Juneteenth celebration will be Saturday, June 20th, at the Garner Performing Arts Center. Our very own Juniper Level choir will be participating in the celebration. For more information, please visit GarnerJuneteenth.com.
State Oratorical Contest. The State Oratorical Contest will be on Thursday, June 18th, at 10:00 am at North Carolina Central University. The address is 1801 Fayetteville St., Durham NC 27707. Please come and let’s support one of our own, Astyn McGee who was the winner of the WMBA Preparatory Division. Congratulations Astyn!!!!
Wake Johnston Men’s Fellowship Banquet. The Wake Johnston Men’s Fellowship Banquet will be Saturday, June 20th, at 8:00 am. The breakfast will be held at The Panther Branch Rosenwald School. All men and male youth of Juniper Level are requested to attend. Please contact Deacon Dan Dunn.
Women’s Weekend 2026. Attention, Ladies of Juniper Level. You are invited to participate with the Women’s Ministry on June 12th - June 14th. Friday, June 12th, there will be a game night in the Fellowship Hall. Please bring your own dinner, and refreshments and drinks will be provided. Saturday will be the Annual Rainbow Tea. Again, each ministry is requested to please pick a color for the rainbow tea. We are hopeful that all Juniper ministries, except the Men’s Ministry, will participate because there are women in each ministry. Sunday, June 14th, will be the finale, and all women are asked to please wear Yellow.
2026 Spring Beloved Build of Homes. Juniper and Baptist Coalition will join with 10 other faith coalitions for the 2026 Spring Beloved Build of homes in Raleigh at Old Poole Place (929 Ridge Rock Road). We have committed to providing volunteers for June 20th. We need your help building these affordable homes for deserving families. Ongoing Announcements
Silent Testimony Ministry. Calling all youth and young adults! Come be a part of the Silent Testimony Mime Team Ministry and worship God with us through creative movements and/or flags. We meet on Monday nights 6:30 pm-8:00 pm. We would love to have you! For more information, please contact Shea Bethea at 919-827-2168.
Mass Choir has returned. The Mass Choir has returned, and choir practice is every Tuesday at 7:00 pm. Male Choir is every Tuesday at 8:00 pm. If you want to be a part of the choir, please come out and participate. You can join at any time.
Youth Church. Parents, Youth Church is every second Sunday at 11:00 am. The ages are K to 17. Youths in K to 3rd grade meet in the upstairs classroom at the church, while youths in 4th grade to 12th grade meet at the Panther Branch Rosenwald School. There is a lot of fun, laughter, and fellowship while they learn about God and the Bible. Parents, please bring your children to these exciting classes on the 2nd Sunday of each month.

Volunteers Needed. Volunteers are needed to help with the Produce Pickup/Community Hub (every 4th Thursday from 5:00pm-7:00pm & every 2nd Saturday from 12:00pm -2:00pm), Food Pantry (every 1st &3rd Thursday of the month 9:30am- 11:30am), Produce Truck (every 3rd Monday of the month starting at 9:30am), Panera Bread and Starbucks (every Sunday morning beginning at 7:00am). No sign up or registration needed you can just come out and volunteer.
Youth Ministry Volunteers Needed. If you are interested in serving in the youth ministry or working with the youth, please contact the interim youth Pastor Renee Robinson at 252-714-2009 via text message with your name and email information.
Call for Volunteers. If you like working in a garden, planting vegetables, growing fresh food, then we need you. It is time to start working in the Community Garden behind the Rosenwald School. If you would like to be a part of this endeavor, please contact the church office to have your name added to the list.
Corporate Prayer is every morning at 6:30 am and every evening at 6:30 pm. Corporate prayer is at 6:30 am; 12:00 noon and 6:30 pm on Wednesdays. Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend. The dial number is 717-908-1868. The Access code is 692342.

Act of Kindness: Adopt-A-Senior. Bring a personal touch to Seniors by directly providing them with some outside contact as well as with gifts to let them know they are loved and not forgotten. Will you adopt a senior? As an Adopter, you must be committed, obligated, dedicated, dependable and accountable to the senior you adopt. Whatever a senior’s needs you will be there to assist. Food Pantry is held every 1st & 3rd Thursday of the Month from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. Produce Truck distribution is held every 3rd Monday of the Month starting at 9:30 am. For more information, please contact Deacon Wilbert Clark at 919-522-8012.

A session cannot be scheduled through the Church Office.
